On Friday 5^th September 2003 Angliss International completed the acquisition of the Global Group Meat Trading division.

 Global along with Angliss' existing subsidiaries Cresswell Foods Ltd and Angliss UK Ltd, will together form the largest meat sourcing business in the UK with a combined turnover of some £220m.
